PHCPA brings local residents together to stay informed, take action, and advocate for our shared neighborhood priorities.

PHCPA (Puente Hills Community Preservation Association) is actively engaged in a legal effort focused on transparency and proper review of local development decisions. This includes matters related to proposed battery energy storage systems (BESS) and data center developments in the Puente Hills area. The vast majority of funds raised will be used to support litigation-related efforts, including legal fees, court costs, and expert analysis. Only a limited portion will be used for essential community outreach and operational expenses necessary to support these efforts. We are committed to responsible stewardship of all funds. Donations will be used solely to support the mission and activities described above. We will provide periodic updates on how funds are used to support legal efforts and related activities, so supporters can stay informed.

Puente Hills Community Preservation Association (PHCPA) was founded by volunteer parents and residents. We are not affiliated with any government agency or organization. Our goal is to speak up for our community and take action to protect it. PHCPA opposes building large data centers and related industrial facilities near densely populated residential areas. Residents and workers are asking the City of Industry to pause these projects until a complete and independent Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is finished and the community can truly participate in the decision-making process.
