Take Action

Protect Our Community Together

PHCPA brings local residents together to stay informed, take action, and advocate for our shared neighborhood priorities.

PHCPA is not opposed to data centers themselves. Rather, PHCPA opposes building large data centers and related industrial facilities near densely populated residential communities.

Residents who live here, as well as workers who commute here and spend many hours in the area each day, are reasonably asking the City of Industry to pause these projects until a complete and independent Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is completed, and to ensure that community members can genuinely participate in the decision-making process.

If data centers can truly bring positive benefits and development to the community, local residents are willing to discuss and consider them rationally. However, the condition is that these projects must not negatively affect residents’ health, living environment, or safety.

The organization advocates for responsible development, environmental protection, and transparent public decision-making, including ensuring that large infrastructure and industrial projects are carefully evaluated for their impacts on nearby communities, schools, parks, and natural resources.

Ongoing Project

PHCPA is currently advocating for careful environmental review of proposed battery storage and data center projects near Puente Hills residential communities.
